For over 20 years, I have been creating sacred spaces where people can breathe, be truly seen, and tell their stories without judgment. As a certified spiritual director and published author, I walk alongside individuals in their spiritual journeys, help writers craft meaningful narratives, and preserve life stories through sensitive ghostwriting.
I listen deeply. I write with sensitivity and skill. And I believe, always, that kindness matters and that you are valuable because you exist.
